As your trusted family dentist, I take pride in helping people achieve and maintain oral health. A healthy mouth is essential for overall well-being, and I’m dedicated to providing the highest quality dentistry with professionalism and care. For the past 25 years, my patients have always been my top priority. Customer service is the foundation of my practice. I promise to explore all viable treatment options, ensuring that my recommendations are based on what I would choose for myself and my family.
My educational journey began at Michigan State University, where I pursued my undergraduate degree. I then continued my studies at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, followed by a General Practice Residency with the United States Air Force. During my service in the Air Force, I was stationed at Chanute AFB in Illinois and Castle AFB in California.
Community Involvement and Personal Interests
Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to continuous education, staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry. I’ve even had the honor of serving as the past president of the Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society and as a delegate to the Michigan Dental Association.
I am originally from Midland, MI, and now live in Kalamazoo with my wife, Theresa, whom I have been happily married to for over 30 years. Our home is always full of dogs; we have had dogs with ages ranging from newborn puppies to nearly 17 years old.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy activities like weightlifting, playing golf, and participating in dog shows with our beloved dogs. A few weekends a year, my wife and I serve as judges for conformation dog shows. Plus, I’m a devoted University of Michigan football and Detroit Tigers fan.
