Our Cancellation Policy

Kalamazoo Family Smiles, PLLC understands that situations arise in which you must cancel an appointment. We respectfully request that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide more than 2 business days notice. This allows for another person waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at that time. With cancellations made less than 2 business days notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.
